| 摘 要： | 本文结合项目型企业的特点和知识管理能力的定义,分析了项目型企业知识管理能力的内涵,构建了项目型企业知识管理能力评价指标体系,建立了模糊综合评估模型,并对某企业实例进行了评价与分析。实例分析表明:知识管理能力的模糊综合评价有助于项目型企业认识自身知识管理水平和发现自身不足,并为企业改进和完善知识管理工作提供一个参考依据。
