| 摘 要： | 用户研究对信息服务管理有着全面的推动作用。针对当前信息用户分析理论研究上的不足,结合用户访问行为将信息用户划分为网上用户、注册用户和正式用户。在此基础上,建立了网络环境下的信息用户分析体系,将用户类型、分析内容、分析方法和分析目的有机地组合在一起,并对相关内容进行了详细叙述和应用举例。
