| 摘 要： | 从数字环境下图书馆服务转型与定位入手,尝试从用户满意层面、系统和资源的利用层面以及服务成本层面构建面向数字环境的图书馆服务绩效评估指标体系,并分析了数字环境下图书馆服务绩效评价的影响因素,最终分别从图书馆服务本身的多个层面以及图书馆服务绩效管理的层面提出数字环境下图书馆服务绩效提升的策略。
