| 摘 要： | 目的/意义]分析兰德公司项目研究的信息来源,对我国智库研究的情报信息搜集和保障具有一定的启发作用。方法/过程]采用文献调研法、统计分析法和案例分析法,以兰德公司近10年有关中国问题研究报告的引文为例,统计分析了兰德公司项目研究涉及的信息在类型、来源、研究主题分布等方面特点。结果/结论]兰德公司开展研究的信息来源在类型上具有多样化和明显的新闻资讯倾向性、信息来源渠道具有多源性,不同主题的信息本身具有针对性,情报信息搜集方式多样化。从中可得到的启示:智库开展研究应通过权威信息源与其他信息源相结合,在可靠性、灵活性、专业性和针对性相互补充的基础上选择动态多样的信息,智库本身和图书情报机构也要加强信息资源采集和建设,以保证智库产出成果的质量。

Analysis of the Intelligence Sources of RAND’s Research Project:Citation Analysis Based on 2010-2019 China Issue Research Reports |

| Abstract: | Purpose/significance] Analyzing the intelligence sources of RAND Corporation’s research has a certain enlightening effect on the intelligence information collection of think tanks in China.Method/process] Using the methods of literature research,statistical analysis and case analysis,taking the citation statistical analysis of RAND Corporation’s research report on China in the past ten years as an example,this paper explores the characteristics of RAND Corporation’s research information in types,sources,distribution of different research topics.Result/conclusion] The intelligence sources of RAND Corporation are diverse in various types and have obvious media information tendency,the subjects of intelligence sources are multi-source,the intelligence of different topics has applicability,and the ways of information collection are diverse.Available from the enlightenment:think tanks should combine authoritative information sources with others to select dynamic and diverse information on the mutual complementarity of reliability,flexibility,professionalism and pertinence.Think tanks themselves and intelligence agencies should also strengthen the collection and construction of intelligence resources to ensure the quality of think tanks’ output. |
