| 摘 要： | 现代技术危机频现,给企业的生存与发展造成巨大的压力和威胁.如何依托竞争情报,运用其策略与方法,针对企业的技术竞争环境、技术竞争对手和技术竞争战略及其相关信息进行系统的监测、科学的分析与预测、客观的评估与诊断,为企业技术提供及早的危机预警已成为亟待解决的问题.本文基于竞争情报,针对企业的技术危机预警问题,重点探讨了企业技术危机的预警思想和预警系统构建问题.
