| 摘 要： | Based on a comparative study of Cambridge Scientific Abstracts' Internet Database Service and OCLC's FirstSearch, this paper discusses the user-friendly interfaces of Web-based databases according to their characteristics such as database selection, search strategy formulation and reformulation, online help and result output.
