| 摘 要： | 20世纪60年代美国与日本等国学者对信息化水平的测度理论与方法进行过研究，为信息化发展的定量研究奠定了基础。2001年7月我国公布了《国家信息化指标构成方案》。但是，随着信息化理论与实践的发展，需要我们对原有的研究成果进行客观而公正的评价，并对我国国家信息化水平测度指标体系做进一步完善，使其更加科学、合理。

| Abstract: | Scholars from the United States and Japan carried out researches on the measurement of informatization level both in theory and practice in 1960s,which laid the foundations of the quantitative study of informatization level.In July,2001,China made public its Scheme of the Formation of the Indices of National Informatization.However,with the development of informatization both in theory and practice,it's necessary for us to make an objective and justified evaluation of the original research achievements,and to further perfect China's scheme so as to make it more scientific and rational. |
