| 摘 要： | 结合云计算的内涵、功能,探讨了云计算环境下的数字参考咨询服务的变革思路,给出了云计算环境下以用户体验为中心的数字参考咨询服务模式及数字参考咨询个性化信息服务模式,以期对云计算在我国图书馆数字参考咨询应用中起到一定参考作用。
