| 摘 要： | 农村公共信息服务的公共物品特性决定了基层政府必须作为主要角色参与其提供.本文从探讨农村公共信息服务的基本理论开始,在遵循指标体系建立原则的基础上,构建了一个新的指标体系,以此科学地评估基层政府公共信息服务供给能力.

| Abstract: | Decided by the characteristics of the public goods,the grass-roots government should play an important role in providing rural public information service.Proceeding from the discussion on the basic theory of rural public information service and based on the following of the principles of establishing the index system,this paper constructs a new index system to assess the supply capability of the grass-roots government scientifically in providing public information service. |
