| 摘 要： | e印本文库（e-print turehive）是开放存取（Open Access）运动推荐的一种非正式科学交流系统。本文对“e-print archive”的中文翻译方法、基本内涵、工作原理、基本类型等问题做了简单介绍：分析了e印本文库创建的基本步骤，并重点探讨建设政策制定、e印本传播系统选择与配置、e印本文库网站设计等问题。

| Abstract: | E-print archive is an informal scholarly communication system advocated by the Open Access Movement. Firstly, the article briefly introduces the Chinese transation of e-print archive, its definition, operating principles and elementary categories, then analyzes the basic steps of setting up an e-print archive with emphasis on the policy-making for setting up an e-print archive, the choice of e-print delivery system, and the design of an e-print archive wehsite. |
