| 摘 要： | 目的/意义]探究移动图书馆用户的不持续使用行为影响因素,有助于提升移动图书馆服务质量,吸引用户深度参与,提高用户留存率。方法/过程]以移动图书馆用户为研究对象,借鉴人—系统交互理论,通过扎根理论方法抽取不持续使用行为影响因素,并利用解释结构方程模型方法,通过MATLAB的矩阵分析梳理各因素之间的关系。结果/结论]确定影响用户不持续使用移动图书馆的3个层面的17个因素,分别为用户层(期望不确认、社交圈影响、不习惯、不确定性、自我效能低)、人—系统交互层(感知易用性低、缺乏个性化、使用成本高、感知风险高、学习成本高、服务质量低)、系统层(替代产品吸引力大、信息资源匮乏、响应缓慢、导航设置不合理、隐私设置不科学、功能不健全);分析影响因素间的相互关系,针对各层次影响因素和分析结果,提出预防移动图书馆用户流失的对策与建议。

Research on the Influencing Factors of Discontinuous Usage Behavior of Mobile Library Users: A Case Study of Superstar Mobile Library |

| Abstract: | Purpose/significance]Exploring the influencing factors of users discontinuous usage behavior of mobile library can help improve the quality of mobile library services,attract users to participate deeply,and improve user retention rate.Method/process]Taking the mobile library users as the research object,drawing on the human-system interaction theory,the paper extracts the influencing factors of users discontinuous usage behavior through the grounded theory method,and uses the explanatory structural equation model method to comb the relationship among various factors through the matrix analysis of MATLAB.Result/conclusion]The paper identifies the 17 factors that affect users discontinuous usage of the mobile library from three levels,namely the system layer(expectation disconfirmation,social influence,unaccustomedness,uncertainty,low self-efficacy),human-system interaction layer(low perceived ease of use,lack of individuation,high cost of usage,high perceived risk,high cost of learning,low service quality),user layer(appeal of alternative products,scarcity of information resources,improper navigation,slow response,unscientific privacy settings,inadequate function).The interrelationship among the influencing factors is analyzed.This paper analyzes the relationship between the influencing factors,puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions to prevent the loss of mobile library users according to the influencing factors and analysis results at all levels. |
