| 摘 要： | 本文概述了政府信息资源管理以及信息公开制度的相关概念，重点探讨了信息公开制度对于政府信息资源管理工作的影响，认为信息公开制度的建立将有助于进一步开发利用政府信息资源、有助于规范政府信息资源管理行为、有助于实现政府信息资源的社会共享，也将为政府信息资源管理工作适应WTO的要求提供制度保障。

| Abstract: | With a summary of the conception of government information resources management and information publicity, system, this article discusses the effect of government information publicity system on information resources management, and believes that the construction of government information publicity system will contribute to further development and ufilization of government information resources, further standardization of government information resources management, realixation of social share of government information resources, and provision of system guarantee for government information resources management to suit the requirement of WTO. |
