| 摘 要： | 本文在分析团队特征与当前竞争情报需求匹配的基础上,提出团队式竞争情报组织设计,探讨竞争情报团队形式及其作用,并对团队在竞争情报活动中发挥的两个主要功能——团队决策功能和团队学习机制进行深入研究。
