| 摘 要： | 本文针对普通情报贯穿于事件危机预控的全过程这样一种特征,在研究相关概念的基础上,采用了普通情报学和危机管理科学的一些理念,着重研究了普通情报在事件危机中的预警功能、预控能力、预控措施,以便提高普通情报在事件危机预控中的运用质量。
