| 摘 要： | 我国尚处于信息公开阶段,还未将制度的重点转移到信息的增值利用。因而,国外关于增值利用的制度应该引起我们的重视,尤其是信息质量制度。公共部门数据的增值利用离不开信息质量制度的保障。文章以调研公共部门数据增值利用中的信息质量问题为基础,分析了信息质量对公共部门数据增值利用的影响,并系统考察了美国的信息质量制度,以此归纳出信息质量制度对我国公共部门数据增值利用的一些启示。

| Abstract: | China is still in the stage of information disclosure,and hasn’t yet transferred the focus of the system to the value-added use of information.Therefore,the system of value-added use of information,especially the system of information quality abroad should arouse our attention.The value-added use of information from public sectors can not go without the support from the system of information quality.Based on the investigation of the information quality problems in the value-added use of information from public sectors,this paper analyzes the influence of information quality on the value-added use of information from public sectors.The paper systematically reviews the system of information quality in USA,and finally summarizes some inspirations concerning the influence of information quality system on the value-added use of information from public sectors. |
