| 摘 要： | 介绍图书馆数字资源用户满意度的内涵，构建数字资源用户满意度评价指标体系，结合实例，阐述数字资源用户满意度的测量方法。在测量数据的基础上，运用象限分析法对其用户满意度的状况进行了分析评价，并为改进数字资源的建设和服务状况提出相关的对策及建议。

| Abstract: | This article describes the connotation of user satisfaction with digital resources in library,and constructs the user satisfaction evaluation index system for digital resources.In combination with the living example,the article expounds the measuring method for user satisfaction with digital resources.Based on the measurement of the data,the article uses the quadrant analysis method to analyze and evaluate the status of user satisfaction,and proposes some relevant countermeasures for improving digital resources construction and service. |
