| 摘 要： | 介绍了控制论和社会科学中的反馈理论和模型以及情报学现有的反馈思想，在此基础上，指出情报学应该具有自己特殊的反馈理论及模型，而不是简单地搬用其他学科的反馈理论和模型。文章认为认知观和情境观是建立情报学反馈理论及模型的基石。建立基于认知观和情境观的情报学反馈理论，并对二者进行了统一。以情报分析这一具体领域为例，分析基于认知观和情境观的情报学反馈模型。
