| 摘 要： | 英国国防科技研究院知识服务部经过多年的摸索，探索出一条独特的国防科技信息服务转型之路。它大胆尝试市场化改革，建立外包文献服务等业务，并通过规范细致的服务水平协议确保服务质量。与此同时，大力发展深度信息服务和现场专家服务，营造适于员工学习交流的软硬件环境和学习文化，培养了一批由信息专家、信息科学家和知识代理组成的知识服务队伍。
