| 摘 要： | 在文献研究与实地访谈的基础上,分析了企业沟通氛围对知识共享、技术创新的影响过程机理,构建了知识共享、技术创新模型。以不同产业的企业员工为经验研究调查对象,在北京、山西、浙江范围内进行问卷调查;利用SPSS和AMOS统计软件分析企业内知识共享及技术创新的状况,并检验实证数据对研究假设的一致程度。
