| 摘 要： | 从Sun Shuang等人提出的信息供应链出发，建立信息供应链框架并优化其信息需求模型。指出目前我国政府在处理突发性公共危机时存在的一些共性问题，用信息供应链框架的观点对相关问题进行剖析，并从信息供应链的视角提出了相关建议。 |

| Abstract: | Starting with the Information Supply Chain(ISC) put forward by Sun Shuang et al.,this paper establishes the framework of ISC and optimizes its model of information demand.The paper points out the common problems existent with the Chinese government in handling the emergent public crisis at present,analyzes the related problems with the viewpoint of the framework of ISC,and puts forward some suggestions from the perspective of ISC. |
