| Abstract: | That a great number of electronic publications emerge as a result of the rapid development of informationdigitalization technologies brings a lot of new problems to existing copyright protection system and becomes a focus of greatattention in international intellectual property right circles. This article discusses the definition, characteristics and inter-active hierarchy of electronic publications. It also describes the hierarchic protection of the intellectual property right on theinteractive hierarchy and the method of technological protection. |
