| 摘 要： | 个人知识吸收能力是知识创造和转移的基础,但是由于缺乏必要的载体和环境,其研究没有取得实质性的进展.实践共同体是知识创造的引擎.在本文中我们分析了知识转换模型、个人知识吸收能力之间的关系,提出了基于实践共同体的个人知识吸收能力研究模型,并分析了其中的认知情感、知识流程、环境场和绩效评估.
