| 摘 要： | 本文以信息服务业的内涵及特征为依据，简要分析了传统信息服务业和现代信息服务业的分类及范畴，并就如何测度现代信息服务业的发展水平问题，运用层次分析法搭建指标体系，从行业发展规模、从业人员素质、科学技术水平、行业规范程度、服务形态多元化和客户满意度等6个方面选取核心指标，构建了现代信息服务业发展水平指标体系。

| Abstract: | Based on the connotation and characteristics of information service industry,this paper analyzes the difference between and categories of traditional information service industry and modern information service industry.The methods to measure the development levelof modern information service industry are discussed.The analytical hierarchy process (AHP) isintroducedto establish anindex system.The index system is composed of six corefactors,that is,the scaleof the industry,the quality of the personnel,science and technology level,industrial standardizationlevel,the diversity of information serviceand the satisfactionof the clients. |
