| 摘 要： | 随着市场竞争的加剧,企业越来越重视对知识产权的管理。本文对知识转移视角下的知识产权管理内容、特点进行了深入分析,构建了九大管理机制。Abstract：With the increasingly intense market competition,the enterprise pays more and more attention to the management of intellectual property right.This article makes a detailed analysis of the content and characteristics of the intellectual property right management from the perspective of knowledge transfer.The article constructs 9 major management mechanisms of intellectual property right.
