| Abstract: | This paper introduces the organizational ideas and promoting factors of partial virtual teams, and the benefit and advantages of adopting partial virtual teams in information consultation. It probes into the main aspect of partial virtual team management, and puts forward some related problems which deserves to be discussed in depth. The concept of partial virtual teams provides a good opportunity for the study and development of information consultation. |
