| 摘 要： | 在分析生物信息学领域已有数据库、整合平台的基础上,归结了目前生物学数据库融合的两种模式:交叉引用模式和集成模式,并总结了目前系统的不足及数据库融合面临的困难,为进一步研究序列库与文献库的整合打下基础.

| Abstract: | Bioinforrnatics has developed into the post - genomic era. The daily - increasing demand of biolo- gists for information acquisition requires the integration of heterogeneous data sources, that is, the integration of scientific sequence database with scientific literature database so as to reach the final purpose of discovering knowledge among multi - heterogeneous databases. Based on the analysis of the existing databases and integration platforms in bioinformatics domain, this paper sums up the integration of biological databases in 2 models, that is, cross - reference model and integration model. The paper also summarizes the deficiencies of the present systems and the difficulties in integration of databases so as to lay a foundation for further study. |
