| 摘 要： | 分析了高校数字图书馆用户满意度的内涵,提出影响高校数字图书馆用户满意度的主要因素,在此基础上构建了高校数字图书馆用户满意度的评价模型。根据数字图书馆用户满意度在评价过程中存在动态性和模糊性的特征,结合高校数字图书馆的具体实例,探索了动态模糊综合评价方法在高校数字图书馆用户满意度实际测评中的应用。
