| 摘 要： | 介绍英国政府信息著作权授权制度,从＂许可证授权＂和＂点击—使用许可＂到＂开放内容授权＂的制度转变,以及从＂成本回收＂到＂免费使用＂的理念更新,提出我国应当树立＂开放内容授权＂的版权理念,建立开放的政府信息著作权授权模式。

| Abstract: | This article describes the UK government information copyright licensing system.From the "licensing" and "click-use licensing" to the "open content licensing" system transformation,and from the " cost recovery" to the "free use" idea renewal,this article suggests that we should promote the copyright idea of "open content licensing" and establish the open government information copyright licensing model. |
