| 摘 要： | 本文追溯了服务业在全球经济发展中的背景,指出了服务创新正成为制造和服务企业提高竞争力的核心;分析了服务创新与制造业创新相比而言的独特性;总结了过去几年学术界在服务创新模式和规律上所取得的成就;给出了一个研究服务创新的框架;提出了在中国进行服务创新研究所要重视的问题。
