| 摘 要： | 在强调技术预见、关键技术选择的社会背景的基础上 ,对技术预见与国家关键技术选择的异同及产业发展的影响进行了有益探讨 ,最后提出技术预见和关键技术选择应该重视产业界的参与 ,目的是为正在我国开展的和将要开展的技术预见和关键技术选择研究提供必要的背景支撑。 |

| Abstract: | Being emphasized on the background of technology foresight and national key-technology choice, we have made an instructive probe into the basic principles of technology foresight and national key-technology choice in China, and analyze the major concerns and influence of industry development. For mostly, what the article discussion will give us a useful aid to our country on the planning and formulation of science and technology. |
