| 摘 要： | 基于资源视角拓展了创业导向与创业绩效的经典模型，通过数据调查实证检验了学术型创业者资源支持、创业导向以及衍生企业绩效三者之间的关系，由此得出了相应的结论：（1）学术型创业者资源支持与创业绩效正相关，创业导向与创业绩效正相关；（2）创业导向在学术型创业者资源支持与衍生企业绩效之间起中介作用。学术型创业者获取资源的支持行为越多，创业导向越能促进绩效的改进。
