| 摘 要： | 一个国家或地区如何挑选一些产业作为战略性新兴产业加以扶持和发展，时下有非常重要的意义。因此需要建立一套评价战略性新兴产业的指标体系和评价模型，以此对战略性新兴产业进行评价与选择。首先结合战略性新兴产业的四个特点遴选了评价指标，其次采用Weaver-Thomas产业评价模型进行评价与选择，最后以湖南为例，对该省的战略性新兴产业评价与选择进行了实例分析。
