| 摘 要： | 青年就业困难正成为全球就业的一个新挑战，中国的大学毕业生就业困难和青年民工荒等问题凸显了当前中国青年就业困难的复杂性和多变性。从技术进步的角度出发，对中国18个行业连续5年的数据进行分析，判断技术进步对中国青年就业产生的影响，辨析引进技术和自主创新对青年就业影响的差别。研究发现技术进步对青年就业有积极促进作用，并在此基础上进一步分析中国青年就业友好行业的特征。
