| 摘 要： | 借鉴国际R&D溢出回归分析的框架，分步骤对中国1985－2005年对外直接投资的反向技术外溢效应进行了实证分析。结果显示，中国对外直接投资存在反向技术外溢效应，但它对于我国全要素生产率增长的作用要低于国内研发支出。中国应当坚持走开放的自主创新之路，并通过增加投资力度和调整投资区域等方式提高对外直接投资对于技术进步的贡献度。

| Abstract: | Using international R&D spillover regression analytical framework for reference, an empirical analysis is carried out to test the reverse technology spillover effect of Chinese ODI during 1985 and 2005 by two steps.It is shown that the reverse technology spillover effect is in existence,though is lower than the contribution of domestic research and development expenditure to the total factor productivity.It is suggested that China persist in the road of open independent innovation and improve the contribution degree of ODI on its technology progress through different measures such as increasing investment and adjusting investing area. |
