On performance evaluation of basic research |

| Abstract: | Performance evaluation of basic research,as a new mode of science's assessment,has become an important tool of science research management.This article analyses the purpose and significance of performance evaluation of badic research.It points out the new characteristic of performance evaluation on procedure,methods and indicators compare with traditional evaluation,and means of using the results of performance evaluation. |
