| 摘 要： | 可持续发展已经成为我国经济社会发展的重要指导原则,为此,解决我国企业资源利用率低的问题是当务之急。本文提出以可持续发展为指导,以制度创新为突破口,推动企业进行技术创新和管理创新,有效利用企业规模提升,重点实施清洁生产,全面提高我国企业资源利用率。

| Abstract: | Sustainable development has become an important guidance principle in every field of our country.Therefore,we should start on solving problem of resource efficiency,and it is urgent for us to improve resource efficiency.So theory of sustainable development is important guidance,institution innovation be its breakthrough,promote technological innovation and management innovation of enterprise,efficiently make use of effect of scale,lay emphasis on cleaner production,and increase utilization efficiency of resource. |
