| 摘 要： | 以1980-2007年我国制造业产出、劳动力投入、资本投入和FDI相关数据为基础，对FDI与劳动生产率进行单位根检验、协整分析和因果检验，然后建立误差修正模型，试图给出两者在短期、长期内的定量变动关系，分析了FDI在提高劳动生产率、保持我国制造业劳动力优势中的作用。结果表明：FDI与劳动生产率存在着单向的Granger因果关系和协整关系；无论是从长期均衡还是从短期变动来看，FDI对劳动生产率的促进作用都是正向的，且在长期内，FDI对于保持劳动力成本优势有着较为显著的作用。

| Abstract: | Based on Chinese manufacturing-related data during 1980-2007,this paper firstly dose co-integration analysis and error correction model on the foreign direct investment(FDI) and labor productivity,then analyzes the effect of the FDI in raising labor productivity.The results show: there is a one-way causal relationship among FDI and labor productivity.The promotions of the FDI to labor productivity are positive whether from a long-term equilibrium or from the short-term fluctuations.Moreover,further accumula... |
