| 摘 要： | 以技术管理活动作为研究对象的技术管理学，既是介于技术学与管理科学之间的边缘学科，又是科学技术学、科学技术管理学的分支学科。技术管理学的独立发展，不仅有其学理上的依据，而且也是科学技术管理学乃至技术学、科学技术学发展的现实需求。通过文献计量的方法，确定技术管理学主要研究领域和学科结构，包含普通技术管理学、分域技术管理学科、类别技术管理学科、对象技术管理学科、环节技术管理学科、边缘技术管理学科等六组分支学科。
