| 摘 要： | 分析创新资源在创新系统各个机构的配置对区域创新绩效的影响 ,找出影响区域创新系统创新绩效的瓶颈因素 ,是制定区域技术创新政策的前提。本文运用DEA方法分析我国各地区创新系统创新机构资源配置状况对创新绩效的影响 ,发现区域创新能力和创新绩效间没有关系 ,规模效益递增的区域较少 ,说明在我国增加创新投入虽然为当务之急 ,但是更应当注重创新资源的使用效率。

| Abstract: | Based on the method of DEA, this paper analyses the impact of institutions on innovation efficiency of the regional innovation systems. Our empirical results show that there is not relationship between the innovation efficiency and innovation capacity. There are few regions that are decreasing returns to scale. Though it is important to increase innovative inputs, we should pay our attention to improve the innovating efficiency of regional innovation system. |
