| 摘 要： | 本文利用数据包络分析(DEA)方法对我国1985~2003年科技投入相对效率进行测度。结果表明,我国科技投入的产出对经济增长贡献偏低,科技投入效率的变动与经济增长率之间不存在显著的相关关系。同时,不同部门科技资源的使用对整个社会科技投入相对效率的影响也不同,增加企业科研经费支出比例有助于我国科技投入效率的提高。

| Abstract: | In this paper, we use Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) to estimate the relative efficiency of investment in science & technology from 1985 to 2002 in China. The result shows that the contribution of investment in science & technology to economic development is relatively low. There is no significant correlation between the efficiency of investment in science & technology and the economic development. The use of technology resources in different section has different effect on the relative efficiency of the whole social technology investment. Increasing the proportion of corporate expenditure to the whole society expenditure on science & technology can promote the efficiency of technology investment in China. |
