| 摘 要： | 本文在企业家人力资本知识本质的统领下,提出其组成要素并构建系统,它们包括企业家的"描述性"知识、"流程性"知识、能力(创业、管理能力)和社会资本四部分。文章通过描述四要素间的联结,进一步讨论了企业家人力资本系统的特征。

| Abstract: | From the knowledge-based perspective, this paper seeks to outline the core factors of entrepreneurial human capital system. These include the procedural and declarative knowledge, (entrepreneurial and management) capability and social capital of an entrepreneur. By delineating the linkage between different factors, the paper furthers its discussion on the characteristics of the system. |
