| 摘 要： | 知识经济时代,知识已成为企业核心竞争力的主要来源,知识创新成为企业获取竞争优势的主要途径,而产业集群有利于提高集群内企业的知识创新能力。本文首先分析知识创新的概念和特征,然后利用GEM的知识创新系统模型进行了实证研究,最后对政府需要采取的政策和措施提出了具体建议。

| Abstract: | In knowledge economy age,knowledge has been the main source of enterprise core competition;Knowledge innovation has become an important approach to strengthen its competitive advantage.Industrial cluster is useful to improve its members' capacity of knowledge innovation.This paper explains the concept and characteristic of knowledge innovation and introduces GEM model of knowledge innovation system firstly.Then we analyze and evaluate an example of the use of this model.According to the conclusions of empirical study,it puts forwards some policy suggests for improving knowledge innovation capacity in industrial clusters. |
