| 摘 要： | 高新技术产业的竞争已成为当今世界国际竞争的焦点 ,如何规范高新技术产业 ,确保其健康有序地运行 ,成为亟待解决的问题。本文根据产业经济学和规制经济学的基本原理 ,分析了对高新技术产业进行规制的必要性 ;针对高新技术产业存在的垄断、信息偏在、风险性和外部性问题 ,提出了相关的规制措施

| Abstract: | The competitions of High-tech Industry have become the center of international competition. The problem of regulating High-tech Industry to make sure it operate regularly must be solved as fast as possible. According to the principles of industrial economics and regulatory economics , the paper analyzes the necessity of Regulating High-tech Industry. Then it puts forward some relative regulations based on the monopoly, asymmetric information, risk and externality within high-tech industry. |
