| 摘 要： | 企业孵化网络为初创企业构建起高效的孵化资源交互平台，创业支持模式也随之发生变化。本文从社会网络理论出发，研究了直接联系与间接联系在孵化过程中对创业支持的作用机理。结果表明，商务支持通过与孵化器的直接联系获得。技术支持依托孵化器的中介作用，通过间接联系获得，这一过程中，初创企业的资源整合能力发挥正向调节作用。

| Abstract: | Entrepreneurial assistance was changed along with the incubation platform which constructed by the form of business incubation network.From the perspective of social network theory,this paper examined the impact of network interaction on entrepreneurial assistance.Business assistance was achieved by direct interaction with incubator while technical assistance by indirect interaction.Meanwhile,the resource integration competence positively moderated the relationship between network interaction and entrepreneurial assistance. |
