| 摘 要： | 本文应用风险感知原理,分析了战略联盟构建的具体过程。对这一过程中的重要环节,如联盟企业感知风险的形成、联盟企业感知风险与其结构偏好的关系、联盟企业感知风险与联盟结构的匹配、联盟企业之间不同结构偏好的统一等都作了详尽的分析,从而从原理上阐释了不同联盟状况下不同联盟企业确定战略联盟结构的过程。

| Abstract: | From the risk perception perspective, the article analyses strategic alliances structuring process. As key problems in it, partner firms' risk perceiving, relation of their risk perception and their structural preferences, the match between their risk perception and alliance structure, and structural preference resolution are studied elaborately. Thus strategic alliance structuring by different partner firms under different circumstances is expounded in principle. |
