| 摘 要： | 探讨知识与决策的关系,尤其是组织决策与知识之间的关系,深入讨论影响组织的知识型决策的因素。在总结学者提出的知识型决策时的知识转移方式和转移成本的基础上,分析两种知识转移方式中可能存在的障碍,运用知识管理理论进一步深入分析知识型决策可能面临的风险,并结合决策理论提出度量知识型决策的效果和决策的知识支持程度的若干指标。

| Abstract: | This paper first discusses the relationship between knowledge and decision-making,especially the relationship between organization's decision-making and knowledge.Next,it explores the factors that influence knowledge-based decision-making in organizations.Based on existent research about knowledge transfer manners and knowledge transfer cost,it states the possible obstacles in these two knowledge transfer manners.Furthermore,using knowledge creation and knowledge application theory,it outlines the risks that may come forth in knowledge-based decision-making process.Finally,it puts forward some indexes that measure the effect of knowledge-based decision-making and the support degree of knowledge to decision-making. |
