| 摘 要： | 构建了基于供应商网络的制造企业知识获取的框架,从知识类型、制造企业、供应商、供应商网络和协调机制四个角度对制造企业知识获取进行理论分析,提取了基于供应商网络制造企业知识获取的影响因素,在此基础上运用探索性因素分析方法对制造企业知识获取的影响因素进行实证研究,提取出供应商关系管理、与供应商的互动、组织学习和供应商选择四个主影响因素并给出了相关启示。

| Abstract: | This paper builds a framework of the manufacturing enterprise knowledge acquisition.Based on knowledge type,the manufacturing enterprise,supplier,supplier network and coordination mechanism to analysis the knowledge acquisition,and the key factors are summed up.Experimental research on knowledge acquisition is carried out by means of the exploratory factor analysis,the four main components is extracted,they are supplier relationship management,interaction with suppliers,organizational learning and supplier selection and then the correlation revelation is given. |
