Competition and cooperation is the best model of enterprise knowledge alliance |

| Abstract: | Cooperation theory is discussed in knowledge alliance. Competition and cooperation in knowledge alliance is analyzed based on principles of economics. The concept of private benefits and common benefits in enterprise knowledge alliance. The distribution of private benefits and common benefits will determine the behavior and direction of enterprise knowledge alliance. It is concluded that competition and cooperation is the best model of enterprise knowledge alliance. |
