| 摘 要： | 理论构建是企业战略管理学研究的重要目标之一,因而对于理论构建的方法、意义等相关层面的探讨就显得极为必要。从科学理论的评价标准和理论构建的方法等角度对国内外相关文献进行综述,从我国企业战略管理研究的理论构建现状着眼,指出当前存在的问题和不足;在借鉴西方管理学界理论构建框架的基础之上,提出我国战略管理学研究进行理论构建的可行之路。
