| 摘 要： | 大部分中国开发的新技术和新产品在产业化应用过程中总是遭遇到瓶颈性因素的制约，很大程度上是因为中国市场已经通过跨国公司的核心专利以及合资企业的外围专利封锁被固定在国外产品的技术轨道上。不论外资企业申请的单个专利自身的期望价值，即便是有些专利的期望收益可能为零，甚至为负，但是只要将专利加入到经过良好规划的专利组合中，那么其所带来的期望边际收益似乎总是超过其边际成本。国外跨国公司在此理论基础之上疯狂利用在华外资企业大量进行专利申请。本文试图通过以韩国LG跨国集团在华合资企业技术研发及专利战略情况的考察，通过专利数据挖掘，分析国外跨国母体的专利战略。并最终得出了以韩国大型跨国集团为代表的跨国企业在中国组建的外资企业模式没有给我国带来实质性的产品开发能力的主要结论。
